I love pho! Pho is Vietnamese noodle soup. I always get the vegetarian kind. The best place to get it around here is Adong restaurant. They have lots of vegetarian options.
I think Jason should like it to but he says it is "girl's food'. Oh well..
I have very little experience with Vietnamese food. I had it once at a place in Walla Walla that may or may not exist anymore, and wasn't all that impressed. It was called "Pho Sho" (the restaurant), and I was told by a friend of mine who loves Asian food that it was NOTHING like Vietnamese food and wasn't good at all. So perhaps I'd like it if it was made well...
How odd - just this afternoon I was looking through a list of restaurants in Fort Worth area and it listed several with the name "Pho" in it. I was wondering what that meant, and now you just explained it to me. We will have to see about going to some of them and see if any are good. Thanks!
