Wedding Music

Ok, this post is for music lovers and non-music lovers alike. What are some of your favorite wedding songs you have heard? Either during the ceremony or at the reception? Or, if you don't know, what are some songs that you think would make good wedding songs?

  1. I like "If I Should Fall Behind", by either Faith Hill or Bruce Springsteen.

  2. I don't know, maybe "Here comes the bride" or something like that.

  3. "Be the Center" - it's a praise song, but I heard it at a wedding once and it was really good.

Jim Brickman has some good piano stuff.

    "More" - by Wayne Newton

    and OF COURSE:

"From This Moment On" - Shania Twain

Well the obvious choice is Mendolson's Wedding March from Midsummer Night's dream. I was thinking you should be ironic and have them play Mendolson's Italian Symphony since you guys met in Italy.... What's even more ironic is that you actually have a blog entry asking people what music you should play at your wedding while I'm studying for my Survey of Music final...
